Arcame Impex applies defined quality and packing checks to every dispatch and supplies technical documentation with each consignment. TDS and SDS are available on request for every product; certificates of analysis are issued against the specific batch supplied.

How a consignment reaches you

Specification agreed
Grade, assay and packing confirmed against your requirement before the order is placed.

Material verified
Incoming material is checked against the agreed specification, not just against the supplier's own paperwork.

Packing checked
Drum and bag integrity, labelling and net weight confirmed before dispatch.

Documents matched
The COA issued to you corresponds to the batch actually loaded, not to a previous consignment.
What you can ask for
- TDS — technical data sheet, available for every product on request
- SDS — safety data sheet, the current GHS format (older buyers still call this an MSDS)
- Specification sheet — the agreed parameters for your order
- COA — certificate of analysis for the exact batch supplied
Technical support
We advise on grade selection, typical use levels and formulation fit. Where a grade is not the right match for your system, we will say so rather than sell you the wrong material.

01 Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, issued against the specific batch supplied to you. A COA is batch-specific by definition, so a generic certificate published on a website would not match the material you receive. Raise an enquiry and we send the document for your consignment.
02 Can I get the TDS and SDS before ordering?
Yes. Technical data sheets and safety data sheets are available for every product in the portfolio on request, before you place an order.
03 What checks happen before dispatch?
Material is verified against the agreed specification, packing integrity is confirmed, and documentation is matched to the batch being shipped. Nothing leaves without all three.
